California Fish Grill and a "National Coffee Tenant" Coming to Former Hooters Location at Janss Marketplace in Thousand Oaks
And…here’s the updated sign in august 2020. california fish grill, starbucks and wingstop will be occupying the new building that will be built in the former hooters building that was demolished in august.
The Old Hooters/Sizzler/Fuddruckers/Pat & Oscars building at Janss Marketplace at 401 North Moorpark Road is going to be demolished and a new multi-tenant building with a drive-thru will be replacing it.
Tenants will be the California Fish Grill and a "National Coffee Tenant." Hmm, what could that be? There is a Coffee Bean and Peet's Coffee a short walking distance from there. Stay tuned.
