Cork & Batter Roadhouse recently opened at 1747 Simi Town Center Way in Simi Valley, just east of the Town Center. Cork & Batter serves Texas-style BBQ, with items such as slow-smoked brisket, St. Louis ribs, Philly Cheesesteak Brisket Sliders and more.
