Zinqué restaurant (pronounced zin-kae) is making steady progress at the former Julio’s Agave Grill at the Westlake Commons, 2809 Agoura Road. Zinqué serves French-inspired dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including small plates, craft cocktails, indoor/outdoor seating, and more.
