The Chabad of Moorpark Jewish Center invites the community to celebrate the Festival of Lights at its annual Chanukah Festival on Sunday, December 10, 2023 from 4:30-6PM at the Mission Bell Plaza, 455 Los Angeles Avenue (near Michael D’s and Auto Zone).

Event to include a glowing menorah, free hot latkes and donuts, music, crafts and games, entertainment, including comedy illusionist Rob Rasner, hot coffee and drinks and more. Event is free of charge.

Chabad of Newbury Park's annual Chanukah Celebration with the theme "Unite to Light-Am Yisrael Chai" will take place Thursday, December 7th, at the Village at Dos Vientos, 350 Via Las Brisas, Newbury Park, from 5:30- 7:00 p.m.

Jingle Bell Jump at Janss Marketplace Thousand Oaks on Friday, November 24, 2023

Santa Claus will jump from the sky for a spectacular parachute landing at Janss Marketplace at noon on Friday, November 24, 2023.

Santa’s targeted landing location is in front of Sharky's, facing Moorpark Road. There is plenty of parking in the parking garage accessible from Hillcrest Drive or Brazil. The best viewing area is around the main fountain, near Buca di Beppo and Sharky's.

The free holiday celebration continues until 3 p.m. with face painters, magic show, kids’ crafts, story time with Mrs. Claus, live seasonal music, and photos with Santa.

37th Annual Spring Art & Crafts Festival in Newbury Park on March 2, 2024

The Conejo Recreation & Park District is announcing the 37th Annual Art & Crafts Festival, taking place on March 2, 2024 at the Borchard Community Center, 190 Reino Road, Newbury Park. The free event runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm and will take place rain or shine.

More than 30 artisans and craft persons present their unique artistry at the event.

47th Annual Ventura Harbor Holiday Parade of Lights and Fireworks on December 15-16, 2023

Ventura Harbor celebrates the season with its 47th Annual Holiday Parade of Lights and Fireworks on Friday, December 15th and Saturday, December 16th, 2023, starting at 6:30 pm. This year's theme is “Hula Holiday.”

The two-day fun filled event includes a carnival, seaside shopping and dining followed by the lighted boat parade at 6:30 pm. Parking and admission are free. Fireworks at 8pm! (weather permitting)

Carnival rides on the Harbor Village main lawn available starting at 4 pm. Faux snowfall and LED performers on the Harbor Village promenade at 5:30 pm.

Floatfest: A Rose Parade Showcase in Pasadena January 1-2, 2024

Looking for something fun to do after the Rose Parade in Pasadena? Check out the Floatfest: A Rose Parade Showcase on Monday, January 1, 2024 from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. (4 p.m. last entry) and Tuesday, January 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (4 p.m. last entry) to get an up close view of the beautiful floats appearing in the Rose Parade.

Senior citizens and disabled visitors welcome for an early viewing on January 2nd from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Rose Parade floats are required to be completely covered by flowers or other natural materials, such as leaves, seeds or bark. You will enjoy seeing this incredible work up close and with your camera handy!

The Post Parade Showcase is extremely popular, so be sure to get there early!

The 4th Annual Camarillo Old Town Glow is planned for Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 4-9pm. There will be a Holiday Village at the rear of Studio Channel Islands Art Center, 2222 Ventura Blvd. Gain entry with your Glow tickets. Night in Bethlehem Event in Thousand Oaks on December 8 to 10, 2023

Night in Bethlehem is a live nativity event to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ at 1600 Erbes Road, Thousand Oaks on Friday, December 8th through Sunday, December 10th, 2023. Shows every 30 minutes from 5:45 PM to 8 PM.

The town is an outdoor interactive Town of Bethlehem to learn about the culture. The show is an outdoor live musical nativity. The reception is an indoor area with live music and refreshments.
