2024 City of Agoura Hills Summer Concerts in the Park - June through August

The City of Agoura Hills Department of Community Services and the DIY Home Center present the 2024 Summer Concerts in the Park. Concerts are held at 6pm on Sundays and are free of charge. (Donations are encouraged.)

All concerts will be held at Chumash Park, 5550 Medea Valley Drive, Agoura Hills, with the exception of the July 21st concert that will be held at the Agoura Hills High PAEC at 28545 W. Driver Avenue.

June 16: Fooz Fighters (Foo Fighters tribute)

July 7: Fantastic Diamond (Neil Diamond tribute) (show will be followed by a drone show after the concert)

July 21: Conejo Valley Community Concert and Jazz Bands at Agoura Hills PAEC

Aug 4: Blank Space (Taylor Swift tribute)

Aug 18: The Yacht Groove (70s/80s hits)

2024 Janss Marketplace Summer Concert Series on Wednesday Nights, June 19 to July 31

Mark your calendars for the free Janss Marketplace Summer Concerts every Wednesday from June 19 through July 31, 2024 (except there is no concert on July 3, the day before the July 4th Spectacular at Janss Marketplace). Concerts are 6-8PM.

No reservations or tickets needed. Limited free seating provided at the outdoor concerts.

2024 Ventura County Greek Festival in Camarillo June 28, 29 and 30

The 45th Ventura County Greek Festival will take place June 28, 29 and 30 back, after 10 years offsite, at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Camarillo.

The event features live Greek music, folk dancing, food, delicious pastries and baklava, vendors, petting zoo, and a kids' play area.

Festival times are 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.

Admission is $6, which includes a raffle ticket. Free admission for kids 12 and under and active military, veterans and first responders with ID.

Conejo Food & Wine Festival in Thousand Oaks on Sunday, June 23, 2024

The Conejo Food & Wine Fest is planned for Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 1:30-5:30pm on the grounds of St. Paschal Baylon School, 155 East Janss Road, Thousand Oaks. Open to everyone 21 years and older! Enjoy gourmet food from local restaurants and the finest selections from participating wineries.

2024 Free Concerts in the Park in Santa Barbara, Thursday Nights in June to August

Free concerts at Chase Palm Park in Santa Barbara on Thursday nights from 6-7:30pm during the month of July! All concerts are free to the public and held in the grassy meadow at Chase Palm Park on Cabrillo Blvd. between Garden and Calle Cesar Chavez Streets.

2024 Heritage Square Summer Concert Series on Friday Nights, June 14 to August 16

Oxnard's Heritage Square Summer Concert Series returns in 2024 for another 10 week run, from June 14th to August 16th. Concerts start at 6pm and end at 8:30pm, with a half hour break at 7pm.

The concerts offer entertainment to suit every musical preference - styles range from Reggae to Big Band and from Latin Jazz to Rock.

Concert tables can be reserved in advance for a fee. Individual tickets will be available day of show starting at 5pm for $10. Unreserved spots on the lawn available free of charge (donations appreciated). More details at www.heritagesquareoxnard.com/concerts.html.

38th Annual I Madonnari Italian Street Painting Festival at Santa Barbara Mission May 25-27, 2024

The I Madonnari Italian Street Painting Festival will be back over Memorial Day Weekend 2024, May 25-27. at the Old Mission Santa Barbara, 2100 Laguna Street. Festival hours are 10am to 6pm.

Madonnari, or street painters, transform the Santa Barbara Mission plaza each year over Memorial Day weekend using pastels on pavement to create over 100 vibrant and colorful, large scale images. The event is produced by the Children’s Creative Project.

There will also be live music and food available for purchase.

Pets are not allowed (other than service animals).
