Toastique is coming soon to the Shoppes at Westlake Village. Toastique is a gourmet toast and juice bar that will offer toasts, smoothies, juices, bowls, coffee and more. Learn more at toastique.com. Toastique will be located next to Tifa, in the former Hummus Lali location.
Prince St. Pizza is coming soon to the Shoppes at Westlake Village. Prince St. Pizza serves Sicilian "SoHo" Squares and original Neapolitan pizzas with a New York slice shop experience. Available by the slice or whole pie. Prince St. originated in 2012 in New York City and has expanded to 15 locations, including Malibu, Studio City and other nearby areas. Jinky’s Cafe in the Oakbrook Plaza at 1724-A E. Avenida De Los Arboles in Thousand Oaks is now Cafe ViVi. Same staff and ownership with a new menu.
Jinky’s opened this location on December 26, 2012. Before that, it was occupied by Kohinoor Cuisine of India. Before that, it was the Oakbrook B-B-Q & Grill and Seafood Parlor & Barton’s Dining.

Crossroads Kitchen, an upscale vegan eatery that opened at The Commons at Calabasas in October 2022, has closed its doors. They continue to operate in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Coming next summer in this spot across from King's Fish House will be BLVD Steak, a modern steakhouse that operates on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks. Shake Shack is opening a new location soon on Town Center Drive in Oxnard, next to Panda Express. That area will also feature a Marriott TownePlace Suites and Marriott SpringHill Suites, Oakmont of Riverpark Assisted Living and Memory Care, Chick-fil-A, apartments, and a Starbucks. shakeshack.com
This will be Shake Shack’s 2nd Ventura County location; its first location is at The Promenade at Westlake in Thousand Oaks, which opened on October 23, 2018.
Mediterranean Santour Kabobery at 1229 Simi Town Center Way in Simi Valley, which originally opened in September 2019, recently closed its doors.
