The following is a summary of recent property crimes in the unincorporated areas surrounding Thousand Oaks.
Oak Park
5300 block of Oak Park Lane - Theft from vehicles
In the early morning hours of 11-14-12, Oak Park experienced a rash of vehicle thefts in the neighborhood surrounding Deerhill Road and Deerbrook Road, and the community near Bowfield Street and Lindero Canyon Road. Deputies investigating the thefts identified two suspects in the crimes. The deputies were able to locate seven victims and return their stolen property.
700 block of Split Rock Lane - Theft from building
Between 07-06-12 and 11-08-12 - Suspect(s) stole appliances from a vacated apartment.
600 block Lindero Canyon Road - Theft from building
11-10-12, from 1000 to 2200 hours - Suspect(s) entered the victim’s storage facility and stole landscape equipment.
6600 block of Joshua Street - Vandalism
11-24-12, from 2030 to 2035 hours - Victim went outside upon hearing glass breaking and observed the glass had been shattered from an exterior light fixture. The neighbors heard “young kids” screaming and running from the location.

200 block Cathy Drive - Residential burglary
11-14-12, from 1100 to 1400 hours - Suspect(s) entered an unlocked rear slider of the victim’s home and stole electronics and other property.
200 block of N. Wendy Drive - Vandalism
11-21-12, from 1700 to 1900 hours - Suspect(s) used a marker to deface the front door of the victim’s residence.
Lynn Ranch
800 block of Calle Pecos - Theft from vehicle
Between 11-11-12 and 11-12-12, from 1400 to 0815 hours - Suspect(s) entered victim’s unlocked car and stole a wallet.
1000 block Calle Arroyo - Theft from vehicle
Between 11-11-12 and 11-12-12, from 2200 to 0900 hours - Suspect(s) entered the victim’s unlocked car and stole a wallet and other property.
700 Calle Mandarinas - Theft from vehicle
Between 11-11-12 and 11-12-12, from 1800 to 0715 hours - Suspect(s) entered the victim’s unlocked car and stole money.

1300 block of Rudolph Drive - Residential burglary
11-5-12, from 2200 to 2300 hours - Suspect(s) entered the victim’s home through an unlocked slider and stole a computer.
