Halloween Trick or Treating at The Oaks Mall on Tuesday, October 31, 2023
/Join The Oaks mall for a special Trick or Treat night on October 31 from 4pm to 6pm. Look for special treat stations throughout the center. Trunk or Treat with police vehicles, take pics and collect candy and treats throughout the center at special treat stations.
