27th Annual Fall Harvest Festival at Underwood Family Farms September 28 to October 31, 2024

The 27th Annual Fall Harvest Festival returns at Underwood Family Farms, 3370 Sunset Valley Road in Moorpark, starting Saturday, September 28 to Thursday, October 31, 2024. The farm will transform into a giant Pumpkin Patch, Pick Your Own & Fall Harvest experience filled with games, rides, photo opps, live entertainment, themed weekends, bands and more. Festival hours are 9am to 6pm.

Admission: Weekday admission is $14.00 and sold at the gate only.

Weekend admission tickets are sold online only. (Walk-ins subject to availability.) Pricing for themed weekends as follows:

• $22 Pre-sale online from 8/28-9/25 for the weekend of 9/28-9/29 only ($28 after 9/25)

• $22 Pre-sale online from 8/28-9/25 for the weekend of 10/5-10/6 only ($28 after 9/25)

• $28 Online admission fee for other weekends

Children UNDER 2 and parking are FREE. Seniors (65+), Military, Veterans, & Emergency First Responders receive $2 discount daily (w/ valid ID) at the gate.

The 63rd Annual Youth Halloween Carnival, hosted by the Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District, will take place on Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 4-7PM at Rancho Santa Susana Community Center, 5005-C Los Angeles Avenue, Simi Valley. Event to include inflatables, trick or treat village, balloons, face painting and carnival games. Admission $6 in advance for ages 3 to 12, $8 for ages 13-18. Free for 2 and under. The 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular, coordinated by the Conejo Recreation and Park District, The City of Thousand Oaks and other local sponsors, takes place on the hill behind the Hillcrest Center of the Arts in Thousand Oaks. Fireworks start at 9 p.m., with a great view from Janss Marketplace and The Oaks mall parking lots and surrounding areas!  Patriotic music simulcast by KHAY 100.7 FM.

2024 City of Westlake Village 4th of July Parade and Party in the Park

The 2024 City of Westlake Village 4th of July Parade on Thursday, July 4th will line up at 9:30 AM and proceed down the decorated four block route soon thereafter.

Participants are encouraged to decorate their bike, scooter, skateboard, or wagon in patriotic colors and join the City of Westlake Village for this wonderful patriotic celebration! Residents are also welcome to cheer participants on from the side of the parade route.

The event begins at the corner of Lakeview Canyon Road and Agoura Road and marches down the four-block Agoura Road route to Berniece Bennett Park.

The LA Donut Truck will be serving donuts and coffee before the parade. Kona Ice and Dog Gone It (hot dogs) will be at Berniece Bennett Park, along with inflatable jumpers, face painting, activity booths and more.

The City of Moorpark presents its 3rd of July Fireworks Extravaganza on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Arroyo Vista Park, 4550 Tierra Rejada Road, Moorpark. Gates open and festivities start at 4:00 p.m.

The Channel Islands Harbor 4th of July Family Parade is back on Thursday, July 4, 2024! The parade begins at 10:30 a.m. at Albacore Way, travels north up Harbor Blvd. and ends at Cabezone Circle, home to Marine Emporium Landing. The Lakeside Fun Run is presented by the Calabasas Park Homeowners Association at the Calabasas Tennis & Swim Center. Events begin at 7:45 am and include 4 and 2 mile runs, 2 mile walk and 1/4 mile races for youth 12 and under.

Summer Splash Party at the Tennis & Swim Center, 2300 Park Sorrento, on July 4th from noon–5:30 pm. Spend the day poolside. BBQ for sale at site. There will be games, prizes, music and more. Admission $5. Ages 2 and under free.
