We’re down to the final home stretch of 2023 and we’ve seen, as always, numerous changes in the local eatery landscape in the Conejo Valley and adjacent areas. Here’s what we’ve seen since July.

• Teddy Boba opened at The Oaks Mall in December

• California Bun in Moorpark opened December 18th

• Sushi 2 Vientos opened in Newbury Park in November

• Urbane Cafe opened 2nd Ventura location on November 30th

• JOiBIRDS Cafe opened in Thousand Oaks in November

• The Kebab Shop Westlake Village opened in November

• Presto Pasta Newbury Park closed its doors on October 1st

• Amores Tequila Grill & Bar in Agoura Hills closed in late summer

• Chocolatine French Cafe Thousand Oaks closed on Sunday, August 27th
