The City of Port Hueneme presents the Hueneme Beach Festival the weekend of September 7-8, 2024. Hours are 11am to 7pm both days.
Event will feature live music on two stages, great food and drinks, children’s activities, carnival rides, vendors, the popular sand sculpture contest and more at Hueneme Beach Park, located at 550 E. Surfside Dr., Port Hueneme. Free admission and parking. Learn more at huenemebeachfestival.org.

Conejo Recreation & Park District (CRPD) announces its 2nd Annual Festival de los Muertos event, a vibrant celebration of the cherished Mexican tradition, will be taking place on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 4-9PM at the Borchard Community Center, located at 190 N. Reino Rd, Newbury Park.
Enjoy crafts, live music, vendors, food vendors and more. The event will be open to the public, and admission is free. Families and individuals of all ages are encouraged to attend and join in the festivities.

The Ventura County Sheriff's Foundation presents "Coppers and Choppers" free family event on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 11am to 2pm at the Ventura County Sheriff's Dept Air Unit at the Camarillo Airport, 375 Durley Ave, Ste A, Camarillo. Event features deputies, K-9 units, mounted patrol, search and rescue, marine operations, bomb/arson unit, SWAT and up close viewing of squad cars and helicopters. The Aloha Beach Festival is BACK after a year off in 2023 at Promenade Park/Surfer's Point, west of the Ventura Pier, the weekend of August 31 and September 1, 2024. The festival features frisbee dogs, C Street Surf Contest, Hawaiian dancing, live bands, vendors, food, beer garden and more. Event proceeds to benefit Ventura-based non-profit Merito Foundation.

The Camarillo Old Town Friday Night Cruise is back for 2024 on the 4th Friday of the month from April through October from 4-7 p.m.
2024 dates: April 26, May 24, June 28, July 26, August 23, September 27 and October 25.
Drive down Ventura Boulevard with your classic car to the Studio Channel Islands Art Center at 2222 Ventura Boulevard. There will also be vendors, face painting and music. Try some local takeout by supporting the Camarillo Old Town eateries with their pre-order and/or take-out options.
The Christ the King Pumpkin Patch is back in 2024, with pumpkins for sale from October 11 (TBA) to 31 and one day FREE Pumpkin Festival event on October 26th.
Open: October 11 to October 31, Monday to Friday from 2 pm to 7 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 7 pm and Sundays from 12 pm to 7 pm. October 31 from 9 am to 4 pm.

The Santa Paula Labor Day Parade will be held on Monday, September 2, 2024 at 10 AM on Main Street in Santa Paula.
The parade is sponsored by the Santa Paula Labor Day Parade Committee, the Rotary Club of Santa Paula and the City of Santa Paula.
Walking groups with banners, musical groups, floats, workers riding in work-related vehicles, equestrians, and all groups representing a Labor Day theme are invited to participate. The parade starts at 7th and Main Street and ends at the gazebo at Santa Barbara and Mill.
The Simi Valley Street Fair is planned for Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Simi Town Center Way. Event to include vendors, live entertainment, beer and wine garden, city expo, free kids’ fun zone and more. Free admission. Learn more at simivalleystreetfair.com.
